Hi everyone, we are opening a museum at Clipstone headstocks , the the former colliery. I would love to add anything that could move coal, lorry, loading shovel, digger or similar from the 1920's onwards. Please let me know if yo have anything that we could loan or buy. We are also looking for a steam loco to display and anything coal mining related, such as an NCB donkey jacket would be great here. Regards Stuart 01623 655522

I might know of a few very good gentlemen near there with 1970's era excavators that they might loan out of show seasons (although they may want a contribution to the lowloader fees as the plant currently lives on site at a show) I can ask them, do you have dry buildings for the plant to live in or would it be parked outside?

Sadly your too far away from me 😕 I'd let out my IH65C shovel but the transport would make it unviable I suspect.
