Cheers. You’ve got 6.5”. I’ve got 6”. Is there anything inside a hydraulic cylinder that could have come loose and be blocking half an inch of travel? My bent rod theory seems pretty unlikely now.
Sherpa arms (is that what they’re called?) are different. What have you got between these two pins? I’ve got 48.25” to my thumb.

It looks to be a fair amount of tip on the forks in the last picture, may be the geometry of the bucket is wrong?

I’ve still noticed a change though. Harder to slip in and out of the grab now, which ideally wants the plate horizontal.

There’s a noticeable point in the lifting cycle where the self levelling/tipping starts behaving differently. Like a soft notch it passes through. You get a way better tip with the arms higher.

Better than that. “Notch” was perhaps a poor descriptor but I’m short on narrative prowess atm. Not been using my brain enough. It feels like it’s supposed to do it anyway.

it may have a cusion in the ram that prevents hard dead ending the ram it can be felt as the ram slows when reaching it then speeds up leaving it.
