Only 180° on the excavator not 360° which the Haulotte has. So handy to dig at one end, spin around and load the loader bucket then transport to where you want the spoil. All on one machine

4 days on my 'other job' this week, installing acoustic enclosures, this one round a wood shredder at a massive joinery works. Should have this finished Wednesday morning, then a smaller one on Thursday, clay shoot on Friday 
Probably average 3-4 days a month working on these jobs with some of my best mates, decent money for day rate labour, great laugh, no costs, cafe lunch bought every day and I normally don't even have to drive
We do smash through some volume of work and miles on the road on these jobs though.
Been doing it 13 years now, learned some good skills on it and it's seen me through some quiet times in the landscaping. Good for the brain to just be working on the job in front of you as well, not all the planning agro of your own jobs.
Photos 1 to 6 are today's job. 7 to 11 are a job we finished a few weeks ago, photos don't really do it justice, hundreds of components, 4 meters high built of a ledge on the 3rd floor, lorry unloading point hundreds of meters away and everything had to be winched out the basement, on a rolling hoist that we pulled up on ropes. Very satisfying couple of weeks work with a fair few challenges to sort out

hadn't clocked that Dave ... but not been 100% last couple of days ....Only 180° on the excavator not 360° which the Haulotte has. So handy to dig at one end, spin around and load the loader bucket then transport to where you want the spoil. All on one machine

This is the sub floor.c c35, then 100 insulation (old regs
) ufh stapled into that with 50mm gypsum screed ontop. I really need to find someone with a mini screed line pump, pains me to pay another outfit silly money to do the easy pour!

And yes all agreed on the fact it’s perfect conditions for concrete laying today! Pump guys said they still had idiots laying it last week in the sub zero temps!

Crappy wattle fencing. Amazing what a ton of decent topsoil does to tidy up. Really makes the job.
