Nice build! 150 in the slab is just getting ridiculous! I know a lot of it has to do with external wall area and the more windows you have you insulation they make you put in everywhere else!

We can get 350 trench block for years
Can also turn 300mm trench block 90° be a bit longer than needed at 440mm

Because it is a garage next door we had to chop the wall plate and ridge beam and fire blanket type stuff to stop/slow fire. I kept quiet about the wooden shingle roof.

Exactly!!! Typical, but then again if it was hammering it down dumper driver would only moan as it’s a fair run to tip area! Could do with abit of wind to keep the fumes down, the dumper has the opposite of zero emissions!!

Open the windows… and the answer from jewsons ref electric machines was ‘it may be in the catalog but we don’t actually have any of the electric machines’

The last 350 ones I had were even 300 long, 215 high. Durex. Better for manufacturer only have to make 1 block
