Exactly that! Does my nut in. 30 minute break means 30 minutes NOT working. Any driving around for food comes out of that time as well. We have very little staff turnover. I think only 3 PAYE staff have left. One lasted about 3 months and was a nightmare. He would religiously detour to get breakfast on the way to site regardless of location. Sometimes used to get to site 30 minutes later than he should having taken a 10 mile detour (with my loaded van and trailer and one or 2 passengers). The only time I've ever had to sack anyone ... in the end it was because he couldn't produce the qualifications he said he had when interviewed. Life was so much better after he was gone.

That in pic is the lock for the pedal either locked out or press pedal and use to lock pedal on

I’d be flying on it! Even the door latch bolt on a 3cx used to snag my sleeve and catapult me out of the door!

They are not OEM but 45 quid each plus the dreaded so half ish what genuine costs
Today's job stock piling topsoil we are bringing in from a site next village over they are doing 14 load a day

Tbh only 21" back to a rotating center on the tailstock.fine for what I'm on this evening.

Not my workshop. Grandfather's garage.... My lathe though (sort of) I've got a half steady and a full steady along with enough tooling to give druid a wet dream.... One day it'll come up mine but not quite ready yet.

nah .. not any -- square head machine, so no older than mid 60,s .. and prob.s British (possibly Yank) ...... Gammet high precision bearings in the head, looks like a Colchester tailstock and change lever

Ok .. after another look ...... big swing, BIG tool post, reckon they'm all 5MT in the rack (but now't to really scale off) chunk of a tail stock - gonna go for ....................................... Mascot 1600 ...... (what I was after when I bought the Harrison 17")
