anyone that much against it could have chosen not too have it, i have disagreed with things jacked my job and got another one, admittedly in the care or health environment not so easy but if you are that much against having the devils juice you would do anything not to have it, you either stand up to what you believe in or bend over. no one got held down and forcibly injected. two sides to every coin, plenty of people get things through pills or injections that are the lesser of two evils myself included if i didnt i would have not been able to work at all as it was i worked until retirement, i do have to have regular blood tests and i suppose ultimately the drugs i take could finish me off earlier than if i did not take them. i would prefer not to have to take any but then i would be dependent on others every day to even do basic things, my point being we all have the choice, russian roulette either way there is always info for and against.

but at least what you take are 'known quantities'/proven to work, with known 'side effects', developed after years of R&D, clinically trial-ed and due processed

the original did have years of research, development and trials, but then as you say, they 'tweak' it annually, to endeavour to deal with 'this year's' anticipated evolved strain

It has never before been something that a government has forced under legislation. For the record, it normally takes around 10 years for a drug to go through the full process of testing before it is given approval for marketing. That approval does not offer the manufacture any protection from claims in the event of there being issues!! So how you square the circle of accountability when accountability has been removed is beyond me!!!

The history lesson regarding the church control on the past is one I found great. I have always believed the great monasteries and cathedrals where built using “the fear of god” and understood the control the church had. We have sleep walked into government control without seeing this as history repeating itself.

I have had the jabs and the annual flu jabs because I am I think the phrase is immuno suppresed or reduced immunity. I may have been able to fight off covid etc I don't know the answer me and my wife may have had it right back at the start we were both ruff for about ten days or so me a bit longer, it took me about six weeks to feel proper, I am in my late 60s now. If I did not have the issues I would not willingly have been vaccinated. The information at the start of it all was grim as I think worse case instances were given, was it as bad as expected probably not.

On another note, my previous vaccine loving wife, who only wanted us to wait to see what happens when this one was rolled out, has turned completely into an anti vaxer!!!

She has been researching vaccine damage and the history behind the research and previous fork up’s!! As I have said before, medical research and drug trials are her day to day job.

The research into transmission is extremely unethical. What has happened has been a mass fraud on many professional people to allow the prevent transmission message to be used as a public service message.

My Mrs is now anti vax but she has no real underlying health problems, I wish I did not need to take medicines every day but the few times I have cut them back my problems return if I stress to much I get flare ups we don't appreciate good health when we do have it. Some things haven't been done correctly for sure and much the same will happen again no doubt. The big problem is knowing what or who to believe.

never been a pill taker either, but it's a case of needs must, these days Charlie. Me hamster juice keeps me alive, so a no brainer and have learnt, after much berating from the medics, that when I need to take me pain killers I HAVE to take 'em! .... my old 'ride it out' techniques are sod all good, when rolling round the floor, writhing in pain. ....... but they've all been developed, tested, trialled and only rolled out after many, many years of the same.
Was bomb proof, 'til the Gaucher's hospitalised me in 2010 and didn't think I was coming out ... but, fast forward 10 years and was buggered if i was going to join the hoards being filled up with an experimental serum, that had no real data, history or evidence of its safety or even efficacy ... as said before - calling it a vaccine was a blatant lie.
