we had a near miss a few years ago ....... 80,000 kliks (50,000miles) ... the moon is 250,000 miles away .... in astronomical terms .. was a close shave
we also had a hit in IIRC the 1920s in Tunguska (there's book about it - the fire came by) .... made a hell of a mess in a virtually unpopulated area ...... Zooport'd 've been amalgamated with Bromsgrove, if it'd landed here :oops:
Just read up on Tunguska, interesting 👍🏼
