mine is £3060.12 a year already for which i seem to get **** all ....
no street lighting within 2 miles, in one direction - 5-6 miles in any other ..
bin collection fortnightly, provided I take it 2/3rds of a mile to the top of our drive and hope they pick it up, other wise have to bring it back down ..
but only allowed one bag FFS...
a trip to the local tip now has to be booked in, in advance (a week I think) - no trailers and 20 questions as to what you're taking

last time there was 'an incident' here -- donkey box got stolen and barn broken into,-- it took plod over 3 months to come to take a statement.
Only way you will get a response here is tell plod you're going to shoot an intruder -- ARV will be here in five minutes ... need I go on ?
