Agreed, Low sided wagon, but likely about a 10t load which is fine.
Trailer will be within limits, Infact the only reason it would be constrained to 3.5t is the over run brakes, Otherwise that combination could happily be plated to 4.5t.

no a few boards had broken (moving large pieces of boat
) but when I started looking closer a few cross members were a bit suspect so cut a few out and welded a few up but while it’s on it’s side it’ll have new brake pipes and pads and the wiring tidied upIt makes a big difference in its foot printIs that just to take up less space when not in use
may stack them all that way
