Yanmar SV08 2008!

Hi guys. I’ve a Yanmar Sv08 2008 model
The engine is a 2TE67L-BV
Here’s where the fun starts
There are loads of suppliers with parts for the 2TE68L engine but I can find Sod all for 67.
Question. Do any of the inner workings of the engines interchange
Gaskets, injectors etc etc
