Wacker plate reccomendations?

Looking for a nice heavy forward only model. I have a vibroll for large areas. I wouldn't mind getting a big forward/reverse model instead but the reality is that it needs to be handy enough to use on small jobs, and not need a machine to lift it.

Had my eye on a Belle PCX 20/45 or 20/50. It's main use will be on Type 1 around edges and on smaller jobs, and occasional use on cold lay tarmac. Should I go for the wider model or will I loose too much compaction do you think?

Any other reccomendations?

The wider one is slightly heavier but don't think it has more compaction force

I think probably the best compaction force you will get for the money with the Belle pcx and getting spare parts won't be a problem. The wider one doesn't lose any compaction against the narrower one and probably better that it keeps the top half futher away from scraping along walls etc.
