Wacker plate exciter bearings

Just seen up for sale a Wacker plate cheap. The base looks good apparently the engine runs well but the exciter bearings have gone. Are they replaceable or do the exciters eat them selves when the bearings go ??

Are they seized or has someone filled they eccentric box with grease?

He just says the bearings are shot.
Going to go look at it as it's cheap enough to have a go at fixing
