Wacker Neuson dw90 stuck in high gear

Hi Everyone, I have a 2016 WN dw90 dumper. There is a joystick with a button on to put it in high/low gear. It will come up with a little rabbit on the screen.
It’s stuck in fast mode and I can’t get it to change?
I’ve changed the entire joystick. So that rules that out as being faulty.
I have no idea what else to check? Where it connects to or anything?
Does anyone have any ideas?

I had a 19 plate WN on hire last month and that was the same. When I off hired it the guy said there was a special sequence to get it to switch ranges. It was too late to try it by then as it was loaded. Have you read the instructions?

I would guess to do this it would have alter the plate angle in the drive motor! Floor out take some pics
