Volvo ECR28 Struggling to start after running

Hi I've got a Volvo ecr28 which starts fine and runs fine... but once it's switched off and started up again it really struggles to start like the hydraulics are under load. If you hold the blade down while starting it will just about get going but will be struggling to stay running until you start to use the hydraulics and then run fine a second after using the machine. It's as if the hydraulics are staying under load somewhere and the oil not freely returning to tank? I'm not terribly familiar with the hydraulics system and would like some advice or ideas on this issue please.
All filters replaced by the way and made no difference, battery replaced and no difference.
Much appreciated!

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
alternatively ... after turning engine off, with the ignition back on and dead man down, operate all control's motions and return to neutral ... see how it starts next time ... should dump any residual system pressure to tank
