Noticed a pull of oil under dumper coming from transfer box, Any ideas what’s wrong? Shaft seal?

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
drive flange seal probably given up the ghost

should be if you can find a replacement seal .. doubt you'll find one off the shelf as a direct spare unless there's someone doing 'em for that, specifically, but get the old one out, measure it's dim.s and go searching ... there'll be one out thereIs it easy enough to replace?
somewhere .... will probably need to be careful re-torquing up the flange nut, not to over load the diff nose/pinion bearings Footer block 1
