Maybe 12 years or more I ago I did contemplate it, but I concluded it what I'd give them I'd not get back...so why would you do it to yourself..
I could go on about all these other things 'I need to have' to continue working for certain councils/big contractors....I've not done it but they still keep ringing up and booking jobs in.

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
used to be the same ... used CPA model hire contracts for the cranes and as for all the utter bollox/BS a lot of places wanted 'for you to work for them' - refused point blank to 'pay to play' -- like you - they still kept using us

Not a chance, always used very similar terms(ie last years ) and saved myself about 2500k a year! If I paid up for every scheme going I’d never make any money!!
