Only problem with my old benford was that graphite thrust bearing thing - gave the lad who bought it a spare.
Couple of hours to change it

Going to look at the TA3H on Friday, 2015 with 1200hrs on it. Probably ex hire but will have to see- is there any things to look out for on them do you know?Owned both thwaites and terex over the years, my thwaites was split(metal split!!) all over and just a rust bucket! Sold my last terex at 15years old and it was sound just needed a gearbox rebuilt(newage poo) swapped it for a new TA3SH, brilliant tool , hydrostatic is great , will never buy another manual dumper again!
Other than checking everything works and nothing is cracked/snapped, check for play in the center pivot points and the steering ram, they usually need replacing or bushes around that kind of hours if it’s not seen much grease - don’t think I have ever seen a dumper sent on hire with a grease gun!!Going to look at the TA3H on Friday, 2015 with 1200hrs on it.
