Terex/Benford PT6000 year 2001 none start

Hi. I have recently got a dumper that has been laying up. None start from ignition key. It will start when i bridge the small wire going to the starter, though it wont move forward or back. It has the shuttle switch on the side of the dash. I presume the reason it wont move is the same reason it wont start. The red wire from the back of the ignition switch goes to a relay at the back of the dash, on the other side of this relay is the red and white wire that goes to the starter motor. Theres a common black wire also going to each relay and one other white wire going to this relay. Im thinking the seat switch has some bearing on this? Its a 2 wire switch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Looks like hour meter to me. SHould be obvious if it is.
