Sub £5k panel van?

What's currently the best cheap old van?
I want something that can tow, is about 5m long outside and 6' high inside.
I don't really want fwd unless the rest of the van is superior. I really can't stand working on fwd vehicles.
My previous vans were ldv convoys and a tranny 350.
