I have an hitachi-5 b 2016 and the levers are heavy/ stiff is this normal or can anything be done to resolve this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Kevin

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
servo circuit filter blocked? or pressure down on servo circuit for some other reason (collapsing hose inner/pinched hose ??) ?

Could also have an issue with the PRV (pressure relief valve) in the servo circuit -
rubber crumb perhaps preventing the PRV from closing and therefore by-passing pressure in the circuit -
could do with putting a gauge on the circuit and checking you have full and steady pressure in the system/circuit --
average is circa 35bar, but you really need to check the spec. for the machine, as some operate higher/lower pressures?
has this been a gradual deterioration or a sudden occurrence?
Gradual would most likely indicate a filter issue -
sudden could be PRV or pump issue (or even a trapped/collapsing hose)
