Spill back line saga 😭

Been having this issue with spill back line on the genie mewp for the last three years. The pile keeps splitting and leaking diesel over the engine. We got pipe from the motor factors lasted months and split again, we put the remaining pipe back and got a new bit, same again. Ordered from online somewhere, looked identical to the other stuff we had and same again lasting months and the ends split.
I was out this morning taking a tree out the gutter of the local scout hall tower and happened again, started spraying diesel all over the road . It's a 4 cylinder deutz engine.
Anyone else had this issue and suggest a better source for the 3/16" diesel pipe.

And yes it was a bit wobbly up that high

so many additives and crap in fuel these days to/that'll 'kill' rubber lines ..... 's why I only use E5 in everything 'cept the Kia ... dunno what the solution is for DERV though
