Slow hydraulics

Evening all
The boom on KX36-3 has started to play up intermittently- when you pull the servo back the boom is really slow to lift. Pull it back a few more times and it will normally sort itself and lift up quicker. Thought it may be same issue as diggerjones was having but I’ve looked at the plungers and all seem to move ok and free enough, any ideas on what to look at next?

gear or VD pumps ? load sensed hydraulics?

Pilot pressure or sticky spool on the boom service, is it slow in both directions?

Yes. But mine was a sticking plunger. Was moving on its own

checked it today and pedal was ok

only one direction, max revs it’s a bit better but half to 3/4 revs it’s really slow

what're all the other motions like? any check valve on the boom lift ?

it’s a kx36-3 2007

the left hand track seems a bit down on power too

Ok so boom slow in and out? guessing left track with blade at the back or front? Bucket?
