Been looking at shadow foam myself. Did you buy direct off their website? Is the quality good? Foam easy to cut?
I have done before but it’s a dear way of buying it. You can get much larger sheets online for a fraction of the price. Just make a template if you’re doing drawers or boxes more than once.
Pictures all show everything neatly laid out with loads of wasted space. I prefer to squish it all in a bit tighter.
Been using it in my daily service case for 3years? and it’s a game changer for organising, especially if you are working with others. Tools tends to get put back in the right place more often.
I use 30mm in drawers and 50mm for power tool boxes. Sometimes I use old camping mats to line the tray first as I like to completely cut out the foam for some deeper tools.
Don’t get too anal about it , it’s easy to over think it, just lie the tools out how you want them , get the sharpie out and crack on :)

I did one draw in my snap on cab..for a bit of a trial from the Shadow foam website. Nice stuff but pricey.
For my "posh" stuff....🤣
Also as it's at home stuff goes walking ...as you can see.
I left massive spacing so a bit of a waste .
Probably won't do any more tbh. And yeah I've a thing for knipex 🫣
