rototilt r3 on wacker neuson mid size excavator - rotate/tilt only works for 10secs during unlock/lock of coupler

rototilt was working flawlessly and i went away for a week now machine will not rotate or tilt at the coupler unless for 10seconds during the unlock and locking of coupler. all fuses look good. "GATE SW" WIRE looks all chewed up but looks like it was not used.. not connected to anything. cannot find any documentation on this thing

it seems like whatever tells the AUX hydraulics to engage is not working

When you move a roller what does it say on the screen?
You can check the outputs to the feeder valve on the screen as well and see if its getring a feed to the valve.

Machine shows outputs for tilt and rotate at +/- 1800mA depending on direction but 0mA on the feeder circuit.

When hydraulic coupler is opened the machine shows +/- 1800mA on the feeder output circuit just for a few seconds.

Do i need to hotwire the feeder circuit to 12V?

Does the screen show any errors when ?

Is the setup using the machines own feeder or the Rototilt feeder?

Does the machine have any error codes?

well he does sell and install them - in Paddy land -- bit far for you to have him come and take a look

no errors or faults, lockout switch circle on the graphical interface of joysticks is green

from what i can tell something is not permitting voltage on the feeder

are there certain permissives i should check? not sure if setup is using machine's feeder. its a wacker neuson 8003


do i need to just introduce voltage to the feeder wire? or the double feeder wire? pls advise. i will pay for support my whatsapp is +001 804 6304393

You should get a 12v feed out of the "feeder tiltrotator" wire when any roller is moved.

First off, just to rule it out, turn off the gateway switch on the screen.

Im leaning towards a CCU fault, if it was a broken wire it would send up an error message

MACHINE IS FIXED

eric leduc of rototilt helped me pinpoint a controller and software issue that i was able to resolve without spending any money. It did take an entire day. machine is better than ever. he even tought me a few tricks like "bucket shake" for emptying bucket. love it so much
