Parts for Thwaites Nimbus Dumper

Hi All I’m new on here.
Today I bought a Thwaites Nimbus Dumper. It’s in early good condition although the brakes are rather soft or should I say non existent and the clutch slips unless on the flat. Advice please as to where I could get replacement parts.

welcome @Sully ... you'm in the wrong part of the world for one of them with no brakes and totally limited clutch bite ... might need an anchor

Correct me if I’m wrong! Does it use a triumph herald brake set as a clutch, and have rod brakes, pictures would be a great help!

Yes I think it does and it does have rod brakes.

Ok the clutch is adjustable like brakes, unless the linings are worn out they will adjust, there is an adjuster on the rear, 1/4 square if I remember. The brake rods are too small for the application and after a while they stretch beyond adjustment and the rod end up longer than they started, replace what you can with 10mm bar.

it quite possibly simply needs adjustment or at worst get the shoes re-lined
