roust a bout;
hi guys, excuse me if I disturb with my weird and weird questions, on the net I saw a lifting device called: roust a bout, it would be like a mobile column with a pulley system that works like a tower crane. I was wondering since I should build a roof of about 230 square meters at 10 meters above sea level on a building, to save money it is better to use this device or it would be better to spend more rental money and rent a truck equipped with a hydraulic telescopic crane, for reasons of space and road traffic I could not use a forklift or a telehandler with telescopic arm, the building is adjacent to a passing road. thanks let me know.
