Non machine mounted concrete breakers

Anyone running any of the 110v 25-30kg breakers?
Any recommendations
Have hire a hilti a few times in the last month but it's getting to the point where better off paying off my own one rather than hassle of hiring and having to collect and drop it off
Was looking at used but now leaning towards new.
Is 240v still considered a no-no, I know you can run a RCD at the plug socket but is it still safe if the lead gets cut or over heats for some reason? I've got a 2.7kva 2.2kw generator that will run either 110v or 240v but with generators being floating earth so have there own circuit cut-out, as can't have a RCD fitted without changing the earthing setup. Would it be advisable to use the generator to run 240v in a construction enviroment.

I know the JCB beaver packs have more power and a better hav rating but lugging around 100kg of beaver pack is a nuisance and takes up alot more space

for me. beaver pack > hilti > makita

electric ones are just not as good as the beaver ones.

Same as above, beaver if I can not get a machine in. Electric too slow but better than a 15lber and iron bar

Going through the options nearly bought a new Makita hm1812 cheap but the whole 240v thing has put me off. A new 110v is 1k so approaching used decent beaver pack money, so looks like leaning towards a refurbed pecker for the micro instead as majority of the time it's on site when concrete being broke out.

Prefer the beaver packs Vs electric but it's just the storage and moving about if it

What about the Wacker 2 stroke breaker I think diggerjones just posted one for sale might be a reasonable compromise

Was looking at them earlier today.

Seen that digger Jones has one up and did ask what model it is as there is around 4 versions, 2 of which are low impact and for repacking ballast under railway sleepers and two other models a 55 and 65 more suited to breaking out concrete

I don't know where you are but if in the southeast I think coppards plant have them to hire
To compare them to a beaver
Or if the micro is on site as a cheaper alternative could you use a a handheld breaker on the micro
