My new Grab, Grapple ... whatever

Hi there!
Quick question ... got my new Grab and it turns out it has very long hoses way longer than I need by about 1/2 meter or a bit more.
Is it worth keeping the etra hose and curl it in a loop and secure it with cable ties, or no point and take it to the shop to shorten the hose?

Most shops won't shorten existing hoses due to liabilities. So would likely be a new hose job. And keep the long ones as spare
