Mobile hot pressure washer

I’m thinking about making a mobile hot wash so I can clean plant on site . I don’t have a trailer yet so I’m open to ideas single axle or double etc .
I have a nifisk hot washer I need to repair and this is my starting point . I will need a wee genny and a water tanks as well . Has anyone done this ?
Any ideas or suggestions?

There a guy localish to here has a setup similar to want you want, he goes around washing trucks etc.
He has a ifor double axle with 2 ibc`s in the middle a big hot wash one end, and genny the other, he also has a small folding light tower on it as well.
Its a twin axle down to the weight carried he got 2 ton of water on when he`s full, plus the other stuff.

No electric pressure washer will run well/at all off a ‘wee’ genny. Too much startup load.
Get a dedicated petrol one. They are out there, usually around a grand secondhand. Just an engine, pump and boiler, pretty simple.

So the burner uses petrol ? How does it ignite?

cherry or kero burner @Vinpetrol ..... petrol engined pressure washer side of things
you could run a leccy hot wash as long as you have a decent sized genny to run it ..... the motor in those pressure washers is going to be going 2-3hp so would need 'praps 5-6kva genny for the starting load on that sized single phase motor - be circa 3kva running so general rule of thumb'd be twice that for start up load. a "wee genny" 'd struggle ... 2.5kva'd barely run a 9" grinder

I have one of them demon tempest hot and cold pressure washers, from looking at the manual it needs 6kva to run it, heater is run off diesel or kerosene.
Never used it, no idea if it works or not, took a punt on it at an auction and never did any more with it other than rolling it to the back of the garage

unusual for it to be either .... nozzles are usually different bores for 28 or 32 second fuels
looks very similar to my old Andrews hot/cold .. and that was brilliant -- ran on red ... but needed a pressurised water supply ... wouldn't run from a drum and deffo would not pick up from below it ... was something like 15 or 16L/m - 180 bar

Bought a lovely big static 3 phase hot wash of ebay a while back...... still haven't had a chance to wire/plumb it up.....maybe this weekend 😣

To be fair not looked into it, but assume it's different jets for whatever fuel

yeh two nozzles listed but think they're both the same size Matt @pettsy could probably shed some light on those numbers, but think the Danfoss is a kero number
