Had this with the safety guy who came out a few weeks back and on the sub contractors forms, he asked for testing certificates for the dx10, htd5 and the cormidi. I told him only used for earth moving and not lifting loads so loler exempt, I did also say that the quick hitch has a lifting eye but it's got a bolt and sheer nut on so can't be used
