Hello masters!
Sorry for the late response. Been waiting for the parts and been assembling back the pump. So with the guy I know with more experience we have concluded that there is no other abnormal wear to the pump internal parts, except this broken valve plate. Pistons and cylinder block and its dimension were actually up to spec according to my manual. So i have decided to just replace the valve plates (I also replaced the good one on pump 2, because I wanted both pumps to be as “symmetrical“). Also new bearings and seals since I had everything apart already.
With that also about three hours of lapping the new valve plates to the cylinder blocks, shoe pistons, swash plates and shoe plates. I was pretty satisfied with the results when compared to the old surface.
Anyway the machine is back together and it operates normally. Hope it stays that way. I have yet to see how it operates after a few hours of continuous work.
There isn’t really an increase in hydraulic power that would be noticeable, maybe just slightly, but as I said I still have to test it thoroughly when I get to it.
But it is tracking straight now, and both travel motors seem to have the same power, which is good since that was the main reason for having it apart.
