Don't limit your search options Kubota, cormidi and hinowa all did a loading shovel option.
No idea on who hires them though

I cant think of any one who has a self loading dumper for hire, but as well as @diggerjones suggestion of

Fairly sure they all have tracked dumpers, and decent to deal with, if they cant help, they might point you in the right direction.

But out your way but could ring coppards plant hire. I honestly would find it hard to believe their is another plant hire firm with close to the variety they have and their catalog doesn't scratch the surface of what they actually have
