Load star dumper

Hello all , I am having problems with the transmission on my loadstar dumper. I have drained hydraulic system completely and refilled but since then I have no transmission forwards or backwards at all . it seems that the system needs to be purged of air but cannot find any literature on the subject at all any assistance in this matter would be extremely helpful

Check filler cap has a good seal, does the tipping and steering work?
