Lifton 1001 dumper drive issue
Was wondering if anyone can help? Have a problem with the hydrostatic drive, start the engine put in gear and it’s away , no creep speed or soft acceleration
I’ve checked some pressures as per a dowladable manual have 7-30 bar on pilot valve
300bar on high pressure line
On the brake line I’m getting 22 bar which should be 7 rising to 30bar
I have linked out handbrake valve to discount valve , jacked up and check to see if brake is releasing which it is,there is a micro switch on accelerator which actuates drive but it’s almost like half throttle on initial take up, throttle cable is all ok
