There's no 'persuade' about it. If they want the sale (and they are gagging like a whore on cock for sales currently) then they knock off £1k for the Whites hitch and buckets and you take it bare stick. (that's a little more than the set will cost them so they can counter with £7-800 off).
Then just source the hitch and decent buckets yourself- don't leave it to the dealer because they don't want the hassle and it's bound to be wrong. A tiny bit more effort on your part for a far improved operating experience in the long run. The difference between Whites shite and S30 is night and day- take it from me!
I had my last E27 bare stick, just had the dealer install a hydraulic hitch fitting kit.
