Kubota idler rebuild

Hi, Is it easy to rebuild a kubota KX41 track idler, the ones on my digger are making a very dry sound but don't have play.
I was thinking of fitting grease nipples to the idler wheels by drilling and then greasing the wheel, as I assume the oil lubing them has escaped.
Whats peoples thoughts on this? is it worth a try? Given that the machine is not used hard, only for my own occasional use.

You can buy every part and rebuild, but if you look at aftermarket parts like Digbits you might be surprised at the price of an aftermarket unit.

I'd imagine the grease would attract dirt given its position and compound the issue?

To quieten down tracks just track through some sloppy mud
