Komatsu PC 90 performance and reliability reviews

Hi, a tractor mechanic is selling a used Komatsu PC 90. It was offered to me. I could use it in the countryside as a mechanical hoe to carry out routine maintenance work on my farm, small earthmoving jobs, laying out roads and paths, making small excavations and earthmoving works, using it as a service machine, a small crane for planting poles, for my agricultural land. What do you think? What market price would it have, what are the advantages and disadvantages of a used machine? Thanks. Would you buy it for the countryside?

As a mechanical farmer-plumber mule, what do you think? A bold thought? Bad deal, they'll drop a can on me? Thanks.

It has play in the pin housing, it smokes, then needs to be checked thoroughly. It's not a novice. I was interested in using the rock rake and wide bucket to tidy up and reclaim an old abandoned farm on a hill, tidy up the terraces, and create paths and access ramps. What do you think? What's the Achilles heel of this machine? It has a bulldozer, so it would be very useful and convenient. I need to weigh the purchase and operating costs, as well as the cost of a possible rental machine. Pros, Cons, Advantages, Disadvantages. What do you think? Thanks.

I rented a Caterpillar 236 wheel loader, he does not carry the master plan when he flattens and levels. it practically skids while it impales and goes under stress, it hoed all the ground with the wheels while pushing and tilling the soil, a machine not suitable for agriculture and the countryside however I reclaimed and thinned out we will finish the work with a large tractor thanks will be for next time.
