JS 130 hydraulics

Evening all, have a 2004 js130 (groundworker spec) which when worked for a while will hydraulically get very warm and eventually overheat! Problem seems to be in the dipper in and boom up services as when these two are dead ended, they will drag the engine down while dead ending bucket service both ways, slew, tracks and dipper out has no impact!! So I was wondering if anybody has suffered similar symptoms or has any idea why it only seems to be these two functions giving problems! Thanks in advance to any replies and advice!

Check simple things. Rad/Cooler Clean, New Hydraulic Oil and Filters etc.

You will find those functions will drag down the engine as they are the large bore sides of the ram IMHO
