Afternoon
I have a Htd5 problem with compression, it will turn over but not fire up , white smoke coming from exhaust manifold area, also a chuffing sound on every rotation , pull start seems to easy but everything is moving any ideas before I take out completely

No idea, but the pull start on mine is fairly easy to pull, unlike the cormidi which will try to pull your arm out of your shoulder.

Evening, no not been turned over , had it running , not started since

chuffing could be a broken valve spring

yeh or dropped a valve collet and valve not closing
