JCB 8085... Help

We have a JCB 8085 and for the past year have struggles with it. When using the machine the pump loses demand and hydraulics go into limp mode, hand controls go hard and sometimes cuts out. Fires up after a few minutes of cooling down, we think its something electrical and JCB have been out numerous times and unable to detect whats wrong.

Any suggestions??

What age is the machine?

do you have a separate servo pump supplying low pressure to them or is it reduced down from the main pump.
presumably a VD pump on that ?
when you say " pump loses demand and hydraulics go into limp mode, " do you mean the pump loses pressure and the hydraulics can barely move / operate ?
had something along those lines with mine 2 years ago ... took some finding/sussing ...... but I did crack it ..... eventually .... rubber crumb in a minute orifice (0.6mm) in the LS line controlling upstroke on the pump ........ but I've got no lecktrickery whizzbang computershit on mine ... 99% mechanical
