JCB 437 I’ve changed the charge pump and torque converter filter but still won’t make pressure can any one put me in the right direction thank u

Yes flex plate ok definitely turning as the Hydrulics work of transmission thank you for your reply

Presumably if it isn't making pressure the transmission oil pressure light is on? Does it come on on startup or when a direction is selected?

I think the attached PDF will be the same oil flow as your machine. Assuming you are creating oil flow from the transmission pump then at test point 38 you should get the pressure stated on the transmission serial/date plate. Reading will be measured in BAR. If this pressure isn't being made you have many places it can reach the tank without even having a clutch pack engaged. This is through system pressure regulating valve 4 or any of the regulating valves 6. The bad news is they are all internal to the hydraulic manifold.... Test point 38 I think is labelled 'K' on the hydraulic manifold. Where are you testing system pressure at?

I'm not super familiar with the ZF transmissions, but I seam to remember replacing torque converters on some smaller JCB loaders.

To me it's sounding like it could be the torque or the oil pump.
