JCB 1T Dumper / Terrex / Mecalac

Morning all!

Does anyone know a part number or similar item I can still the button off for a horn switch on a little 1T dumper.

It works perfectly just missing the top frustratingly. So let’s the water into the control box and not ideal if you did need to press the horn.

worst case I’ll replace the whole unit with a new but seems a shame to rip it out and scrap it when it’s just a top cover missing.

That looks like a standard panel button, try an electrical factors. I can't remember the brand name though - sorry!

There is. Unsure the button that would originally been on the top though. Not that it matters but obv a waterproof one be nice.

They are GE P9 series buttons then. Ring the likes of CEF or Edmunsons - they should have them off the shelf. Or RS.

Called both. I wasn’t lucky, neither had a clue what I was on about Off I go to Google!

beat me to it ... std component switch gear ... got loads of bits for those .... can build up some pretty complex units. can't recall the name either
