JCB 19c- how much?!

Had an email from JCB about a dig day. Considering a new cabbed 1.9t ish macine, so I thought I'd call and see if they do the aux on a rocker switch now, as it was pedal only when I was looking for a 2.7 tonner. They do, and the salesman said he's done one with twin aux too (so ready for four pipe tilty). Credit where it's due, he came straight out with a price over the phone. Nearly fell over though. Any guesses? JCB19c, cabbed, twin proportional rocker switch auxillaries.

Bobcat were around 22k for an E20 with twin aux to be fair (last year) E19 much cheaper at 20k, twin aux. Can't see where the extra 2k is on the E20, let alone the extra 4k on the JCB.

Makes 27k for an E27 seem cheap, and that was one of the more expensive 2.7 tonners I priced. Hyundai would do me a cabbed 2.5t machine for 23k.

Yep, my mates a rep at gunns now and when he came to see me we talked about changing my 1.5 tonner, I asked him to give me one reason why his machine was worth £1500 more than a Takeuchi (it's basically 10% more) he just said 'I can't mate but jcb won't let me do owt'.
Not done anythin yet, I love both my Jelly Cream & Biscuits but I ain't paying 10% more for one over a Takeuchi,kubota or hitachi

Arent JCB doing 0% as well at the moment? Are these prices including vat @doobin? I'm sure I had prices around the 19k+vat mark for the 19c e-prop as they call it. And the 8026 is available with joystick rollers as well and the latest price Ive seen on those is £26k. All before discounts of course.

I've never been quoted inc vat for a digger.
When I enquired the 8026 was foot pedal only- this was last year. £19k for the 19c with a proportional aux would be more in the ballpark I'd day.

Maybe 2020 prices have jumped again then? God knows what a new 8026 is these days, think I paid £22+vat for mine back in 2015 and at that time the list price was 25k.
I see Greenshields have a low hour'd (35hrs) ex demo 16c for a fairly reasonable price, described as new condition 2019 16C-1 with canopy. 4 buckets (6”, 12”, 24”, 30” DMB) and manual quickhitch. Retractable undercarriage, 9” rubber tracks, standard 1100mm dipper and long dozer blade with swing-out extensions. High flow, double acting auxiliary. Halogen worklight kit (boom light, two on the front of the cab, one on the rear), pin pad immobiliser, rotating beacon, battery isolator.
£15,400. Which I thought was about right. Cant believe the 19c jumps up so much. Whats better on the 19c other than the cab and the prop rollers?

Jesus whept, i was quoted alot less for a top spec dx19 6mths ago. Should of bought it based on those figures.

thing is those prop rollers're going to have a lot of techy bits attached to them to make them work ... prop solenoid valves are NOT cheap, plus the driver gear for them ... would soon accumulate, adding that lot in
cheapest cetop3 dual acting solenoid valves I could find when building the VA-r was 1200 quid each plus VAT ... without all the driver/control gear for them ... can well see where the extras are TBH ..... even if Jake're buying bits in a whole lot cheaper ... they'm still not cheap

24k for a 1.9 tonner wow. Kubota was bit less than that for a 3 tonner hi spec.
