Will never work on building sites and road jobs, just a novelty. It does have its place in long hauls in quarry’s or opencasts however.

As Mark says be a long time before they are used on anything other than repetative hauls like open cast and quarrys, which I think other manufacturers are already doing.
Would seem to be the future once the issues are ironed out. No recruitment issues or wages. No turning up late, drunk, drugged or just tired. No lack of concentration or just being and idiot. I find it incredably difficult to get good, reliable staff. I don't know how big companies cope.
Not so good for people who want to make a career out of dump truck driving though.

Aye far too many variables and unforeseen issues ... wonder if they have a 'tilt' sensor in 'em? like an old pin ball m/c ? ..... tell it when it's on its side, .... on the tip

New Volvo A30G’s we have have angle sensors in the bloody pain in the arse. Can’t remember the angle there set at, but if the box is leaning to far over one side won’t let you put the box up.
