Isn't a special tool to drive, not a post knocker but need to rotate, I'm not aware of any of the tool hire firms having them as its niche, maybe speedy, but will be waiting for them to transfer between branches etc

You could probably wind them in manually. Scaffold pole, or digger auger

aye -- you'd struggle here ... shale about 6" down in most places :rolleyes:

Big in the garden room group I’m in, can get 65mm adapter for auger and wind them i that way. Drills use torque multiplier and a big stand of leg/handle

would wanna be big if you caught a rock :giggle: .... I like screw piles as an idea though ... quick, re-locate-able if you cock up and probably even re-usable, if doing a temp install
