I recommend an electric arc welder and a mag wire

Hello, for personal reasons, for quick repairs and small metalwork construction, we're thinking of purchasing a mag wire welder. I'll start by saying that we have a 200-amp single-phase inverter SMAW electrode welder, which we use to weld the high-performance 718 basic electrode.
I should point out that we have a 4-kW single-phase contract, so we can use a machine under 200 amps to prevent the current draw from tripping the circuit breaker.
We've considered an F CAW flux-cored arc welding machine to avoid using gas shielding, although I'm told it produces a lot of beads that dirty the weld joint. What do you recommend? A serious welder, not a Chinese machine like the Deca, which doesn't perform well. Good penetration and arc striking stability. Thank you. A semi-professional, reliable, but affordable option.

The 310 Esab compact is a nice welder, should be able to weld continuously at around 170amps , but probably too power hungry for your 4KW supply and I don’t expect it would run flux core wire but I could be wrong.

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better

unlikely to be single phase though .... but a lot of European countries get 3 ph to their properties and split the legs ... would be surprised if that couldn't run flux cored

You can't really rule out Chinese welders as they are pretty much the only choice unless you are spending thousands/tens of thousands 😉
