Once a Contracts Manager has the client over a bench they are able to get the Vaseline out and take every penny they can
guy used to work for me went on to office work in a big firm doing a lot of housing association repairs and maintenance, said they deliberately/knowingly price at big losses on certain things to get in the door then rinse them on ancillaries. Said one of the main tricks is scaffolding everything they possibly can cos they have huge margin on it
