How to test 25mm mdpe pipe

I do outside taps with just a female iron so no exposed pipework.

The outside tap was supposed to be supplied from inside the house but the plumbers forgot to install it and the house was complete before it was missed. I was then asked to do it externally so I teed into the garage supply underground and installed a boundary box right beside the tap so it can be isolated in winter but the supply will still be live into the garage

It’s a tank approx 500l with a pump in it. I didn’t do the install the plumbers did it so I can’t comment on the legality off it but all the houses in the wee development have them as mains water pressure is a bit low

Thats probably just fine.. I read it as connected direct! Power tanks are my new favourite thing as they use a submersible pump in an above ground tank and it’s practically silent.
