If I had seen this a few months earlier I definitely would have been interested!

Currently building my own version of a homemade tiltrotator .

Assuming you have swapped the cast iron slew ring housing for a steel milled housing for strength and able to weld the pivot mounts directly to it.

Looks to be and Engcon 204 or similar top frame with custom made cylinder?

Yes, thats correct. Whoever purchases it will be getting half an Engcon

No afraid not. I think I'd designed one..
