Hello has anyone any ideas re what's wrong with my digger please?

Hello, please can anyone help me with this problem I have with our digger please. On top of two of the pistons is dry carbon, on top of one of the pistons is wet diesel. The machine starts, but it's misfiring, it doesn't operate, it cuts out. So far we have had the injectors reconditioned. We have had many mechanics to it and non of them come back to sort it. Any help or being pointed in the right direction or ideas would be fantastic. It is an old machine perhaps 20 years old. I will post a photo of I can work out how! TIA

Have you checked compressions?

Hosing injector. Bad recon job.
or cracked piston - nadgered ring set ... how is the OP determining a wet cylinder / piston crown, I wonder ?

It’s what I do!
Have you cerackef an injector pipe when running? This will determine which cylinder is the problem! Have you checked tappets? Next job head off!

The Chinese use anglicised names that we can remember the old fossils having when we where just kids 🤔
